  As a Certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach, I specialize in providing non-contact boxing-based fitness classes specifically designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Through this evidence-based program, I empower individuals to improve their mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

 

Rock Steady Boxing isn’t just a workout — it’s a movement. My classes combine:

RBT 40-Hour Certification

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 40-hour training certification and a background in fitness, I combine evidence-based behavior strategies with physical activity to help neurodiverse individuals—including those with autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences—thrive in both body and mind.

My sessions are designed to:

 

  • Support sensory regulation and motor coordination
  • Improve focus, routine, and task engagement
  • Reduce stress and build self-confidence
  • Incorporate structure, visual cues, and positive reinforcement
  • Use fitness as a tool for behavioral growth and emotional well-being

Whether working 1-on-1 or in small groups, I approach each client with patience, respect, and a deep understanding of neurodiversity. Every movement we make is intentional helping individuals build life skills, physical strength, and trust in a safe, empowering space.

Modern science has given us the ability to slow and even reverse the negative effects of aging. And study after study has shown that seniors are not only capable of real exercise, but can vastly improve their health, strength, mobility, and independence through exercise. As an ISSA student working toward my certification in senior fitness, I will soon be able to help you set realistic goals for your health, and then enjoy achieving and exceeding them.

Kickboxing is more than just punches and kicks—it's a powerful way to build strength, boost confidence, and sharpen mental focus. As an ISSA student working toward my certification as a Kickboxing Instructor, I create dynamic, engaging workouts that challenge both the body and the mind. With expertise in proper technique, conditioning, and class structure, I help clients of all fitness levels improve their endurance, coordination, and overall fitness—while having a blast. Whether the goal is to de-stress, get fit, or learn new skills, I bring the energy and guidance to make every session impactful.
